Ghanaian international football player and striker for BW Linz after he was resuscitated has hinted he has no plans of ending his football career and would do further checks which he hopes to come out positive to allow him play again.
Raphael Dwamena who has collapsed twice on the pitch which playing for BW Linz has been cautioned by doctors both home and abroad to consider hanging his boots as life is more precious but the stubborn Ghanaian footballer has hinted he is not ready to do any such thing.
Raphael in response to whether he is going to hang his boot had this for the football fans,
“I want to have another check done in the next few days or weeks. If everything is okay, i’ll be back on the pitch and play. The match had to be cancelled after a brief interruption. I received an electric shock from the defibrillator. It hurts and tears you off your legs, but I did not collapse.”
