Musah Lawson is a household name is the boxing scene and has been shutting mouths only in the ring over the years. As a service person, his commitment to serve is equal to his availability to fight any boxer who is wiling to get in the ring with him.

Over the years, Musah Lawson has ensured he masters his art and perfect it with dynamic style when he is in the ring and ensures he delivers both for his fans and his profession.

Moro Inusah Kanla of the Ghana Army after tasting defeat to Musah Lawson had this to say in an interview with Max Tv. In the interview, Moro made these revelations, “Musah Lawson is a good boxer and people are afraid to fight him. I wasn’t the one to fight him but my coach asked me to go forward and fight him because we had lost a earlier fight. I used one and half week to make the weight to come and fight. People don’t want to fight Musah Lawson, he is a good boxer. They are scared of him, he is very skilful boxer and you face a lot of difficulties trying to hit him. This makes it hard for people but my coach urged me on. I don’t see myself a loser because Musah Lawson is not just any boxer. I took the boldness to fight him because my coach also encouraged me thats why i decided to fight him.”

In as much as selling a fight makes it more interesting, Musah Lawson has always been a man of little words noting that with all the talk and noise, Derrick Quaye is still running away from fighting him. On a post made by Musah Lawson, he said “With all this talks you don’t want to sign the contract for our fight, fans of Derrick Quaye (show love) you can’t stand in front of me and be asking who I am. I am nobody but am going to show you who I am in the ring so please come and sign the contract lets make this happen. I know your fans can’t wait as well.”

Following videos circulating on social media showing the two boxers meeting face to face at the Ghana Boxing Authority office. Musah Lawson in his calmness could be seen urging Derrick Quaye to go and sign the contract as the latter seemed to be shying away from the main agenda.

In an exclusive interview with Musah Lawson, the calm yet monstrous boxer in the ring had this to say, “I think Derrick is just a one sided boxer who chooses those he can easily defeat. His rants about beating ‘One Bullet’ is just a means to run away. He is ducking and i can say this for a fact. I met him in the GBA office where it would have been easy for him to sign the contract but he kept making noise and left without signing the contract and i don’t think he will sign it. Derrick Quaye is afraid of me and that is so obvious. I have never backed out of any fight and that is the mark of a true champion.

I am ever ready to fight Derrick Quaye and stop his rants. If your are the best you fight the best. I do not choose who to fight, I fight who is available and that is why I am always physically, mentally prepared.”

As Musah Lawson keeps calling out boxers, it is only right for the fans to make this happen. Derrick Quaye fans who believe their boxer is the best should sit him down and let him know Musah is ready and waiting on any day

Alidu Suleman whose professional boxing record stands at eleven (11) wins and one (1) loss is another promising act who wanted to get the ball rolling against Musah Lawson and even made waves closer to making the fight happen until he suddenly withdrew. This was another fight that many anticipated but the fear of Musah Lawson is gradually making him the quiet tormentor whose name alone create a panic on other boxer including Derrick Quaye and others.
