Ghana Premier league side Medeama SC have thrown their weight behind George Afriyie to become the next GFA President.
George Afriyie who is vying to become the president of the Ghana Football Association has received confirmation from the Tarkwa based side as the election draws closer.
The Mauve and Yellows took to their official twitter handle to make this announcement.
“Medeama SC offers its unflinching backing to George K Afriyie to become the new President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA). We believe he is the man needed at the moment to take the wheel of Ghana Football”.
“He has our total support in his quest to become the new face”. they wrote on twitter.
