34 years British boxer from Liverpool, Merseyside, has been called out to a fight by Ghana’s Annan Tackie who has reiterated he can floor the British at any given day. Tackie threw the challenge to British boxer Paul Peers, after a sumptuous display of skill and ring performance in his recent fight in Ghana.
Tackie, who holds a fighting record of 13 wins and 7 loses wants to take on the British in any sanctioned bout irrespective of the location to prove he is worthy to be mentioned in the Super Lightweight Division.
Paul Peers after knocking down Enock Lamptey in his last fight held in Accra has been the talk of town as his display showed he was very composed and in shape, wasting little energy and landing punches when he released his hand.
After a total of thirteen (13) fights to his credit, Paul Peers has recorded eight (8) wins and and tasted defeats five (5) times.
With Annan Tackie fuming over his eagerness to fight Paul Peers, the British orthodox fighter has accepted the challenge and has stated his readiness to take on the Ghanaian at any given time.
Peers who is 34years, remains confident he will be adding hard-hitting Annan to his list of victims in the ring as he has kept in shape and trained ahead of any such fights. Younger Ghanaian Annan, 29, who believes he is capable of knocking out Paul Peers threw the swift challenge after Peers’s fight and now is looking forward to a schedule to prove himself.
