Mohammed Kudus, Ghana and Ajax playmaker picked up an injury as Ghana battled for qualification spot against South Africa in the Qatar World Cup qualifier.
The Ghanaian midfielder has always been instrumental on the pitch with his sweet control and runs with the ball, always objective when on and off the ball.
The Ajax midfielder could not last the entire minutes of the WC qualifier for Ghana against South Africa as he picked up a knock.
Kudus lasted 12 minutes on the pitch and was stretchered off. The technical team have urged fans to be patient as he will go through a proper screening to ascertain the extent of his injury and ensure he is given the best treatment ahead of the play-offs for the qualification spot to play in the world cup.
Thomas Teye Partey who is also nursing his injury is tipped to be in good shape to play when the draw for the play-offs is underway.
Wishing both players speedy recovery.
