Ghana Premier league giants Accra Hearts of Oak has parted ways with coach Kim Grant.
The club made the announcement after reaching a mutual agreement with the former Ghana International.
Coach Kim Grant arrived at the club last year as the club’s head coach and Director of Football.
The former Dwarfs coach was tipped as one of the best coaches to look out for in this season’s league but all changed after their defeat to arch rivals Asante Kotoko and their opening day defeat to Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Assistant coach Edward Nii Odoom will now take over as the caretaker coach till a new coach is appointed.
” Accra Hearts of Oak and Director of Football Kim Grant have parted ways. Edward Nii Odoom takes over with immediate effect as the head coach”. the club wrote on their twitter page.
“The club would like to ask for continuous support for Coach Odoom and we wish Coach Grant the very best in his future endeavors”. they added.
