Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak after suffering a whooping to their Norrh African counterparts in the CAF champions league have received bashing from many who reiterated the technical staff did little to win for Hearts.
The current GPL and Mtn FA cup champions Accra Hearts of Oak have cautioned clubs not to predict their performance based on their heavy defeat to Wydad Athletic Club of Morocco.
The Continental Club Masters, Accra Hearts of Oak clash with the ‘Branding Grandmasters’ Legon Cities in the Ghana Premier league at the Accra Sports Stadium today.
Coach Maxwell Konadu, the manager of Legon Cities who doubles as the Ghana Black Stars Association coach ahead of their fixture stated,
“Hearts of Oak are currently demoralized so that is what we are going to use to test them and see how they will reach to it.”
Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak who have always had the edge over Legon Cities have kept mute and trained vigorously ahead of their clash with Heart of Oak supporters showing their resounding support to Coach Samuel Boadu and his assistant Hamza Obeng with words of encouragement.
“As much as every game in the Ghana Ptemier League is a tough game, we are still the champions despite of heavy defeat to WAC and one defeat doesn’t define where you are going. I trust my boss Samuel Boadu, he has a plan and he has always executed the plan to full force. We will make the phobia family proud and we urge them yo continue supporting the team.” said Hamza Obeng the assistant coach of Accra Hearts of Oak.
