Mr. Ben Nunoo Mensah, President of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and Mr. Samson Deen President of the Ghana National Paralympic Committee (NPC) as well as the African Paralympic Committee (APC) were special guests of the French Embassy at a reception in Accra.
