Kosta Papic’s addition to Heart of Oak has been clear with respect to helping most players unearth their capabilities on the field and unlocking their potential on the field of play.
Majority of the Accra Hearts of Oak players have picked up the pace under coach Papic as they have played rather confidently under him than did with coach Odoom.
This has caused Papic to believe his side are title contenders and expect nothing but the best of performances from them on any day.
With his prime objective been the Ghana Premier League title, coach Kosta Papic expects nothing more than for his side to continue their excellent performance against any side in the GPL.
As Accra Hearts of Oak journeyed to Berekum to face Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park, coach Papic assured his side were going there to do what others have not been able to do and that was to pick maximum points.
As all ended at Berekum, Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak only managed a draw which got Papic furious. While granting a post-match interview, he reiterated that he was expecting a win and nothing else as well blame his squad for their reluctance and loss in concentration.
He has however promised his side will come back stronger and with more urgency to ensure they pick ample points to remain in the title contention race.
