In their last game against Techiman Eleven Wonders, Kumasi Asante Kotoko showcased another classic composure mostly seen from champions.
New Kumasi Asante Kotoko player Isaac Oppong has proved over his inclusion into the team that he is the real deal. Isaac Oppong nicknamed “Ghana Neymar” is a brilliant and tactically gifted youngster who has given the porcupine warriors more than the edge as his has the ability to take players on and also rocket the ball from a distance.
The game started with both teams pushing for an opener with little chances created by both teams in the first 20 minutes.
In the 28th minute, Samuel Boateng found the back of the net to put Kumasi Asante Kotoko in front. It was now time for Eleven Wonders to fight back but they were not good enough.
With spectators thinking the game was going to end with Eleven Wonder succumbing to their load goal defeat, Kotoko wonderboy Isaac Oppong in the 77th minute announced his presence on the field once again after rocketing one from outside the box to extend their lead to 2-0.
Kotoko has now won their four games played and site top of the table with 12 points.
