We might be biased, but here at Birmingham 2022 we firmly feel that rugby is best enjoyed in the sunshine. Get ready to soak in the sun, enjoy the party atmosphere and experience the best Rugby Sevens from the fun filled Sevens Stand at Coventry Stadium during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Kicking off on 29 July, the three-day battle for Gold promises to showcase some of the finest rugby action the Commonwealth has to offer. And what’s more, if the traditional Rugby Sevens atmosphere is up your street, then our Sevens Stand ticket is just what you’re looking for.
The Sevens Stand promises fans a fun, festival atmosphere, perfect for enjoying with your mates. Visitors to the Sevens Stand must be 18 and over…whether you’re fancy-dress fanatics, dedicated fans of a Mexican wave or looking to put your best singing voice to use, the Sevens Stand could be the ideal spot for you.
On top of the unforgettable celebratory feeling in the stand, you’re guaranteed to witness top class rugby on the pitch. Commonwealth nations make up two of the top three spots in both the current Men’s and Women’s World Seven Series standings, so fans can look forward to seeing some of the best in the business this summer.
And with up to 12 matches scheduled at each of the six sessions, fans can expect plenty of action with their ticket. Plus, if you opt for one of the Sunday sessions, you’ll catch the semi-finals in the morning, or the medal matches in the evening session.
Sevens Stands tickets are priced at just £35 and are available for all sessions.
