Ub (SRB) made it two in a row, defeating Baskets Bonn Telekom (GER) 19 – 15 to win the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Vienna 2025 on June 15.

After a faltering start in pool play, a loss to London followed by a scare against Hangzhou, Ub came in swinging in the knockout rounds, defeating Raudondvaris Hoptrans and Amsterdam Rabobank comfortably to book their place in the final.

They would take on Baskets Bonn Telekom who had a fairytale run, coming in clutch multiple times including the semis where star player Fabian Giessmann drilled a buzzer-beater to book their place in the final.

Both teams started hot with early scoring, making twos back and forth to set the tone. The young Germans, despite some mistakes, held a slim 4-3 lead in the initial portion of the game.

While Ub tied things up 5-5 with just over halfway left to go, they found themselves in foul trouble, having already conceded 7 fouls compared to Basket Bonn’s 1. Strahinja Stojacic and Nemanja Barac kept attacking the paint to score points, but the mercurial Giessmann kept the tides balanced.

With time winding down, Dejan Majstorovic took charge and drilled huge buckets to hand the Serbians the lead. The Germans attempted to answer back, but with just under 2 minutes to go, Ub took over. Stojacic drilled timely buckets, pulling away from the young opposition for good.

The final score was 19 – 15 in favor of the Serbian Giants who go back-to-back for the first time this season.
The star in Vienna this time was the Maestro, who finished as top scorer of the event with 37 points and a player value of 38.6. He put up 8 points in the final as well, bookending a stellar individual tournament with the win. He would take home the MVP award this time around.

In the individual contests, Filip Kaluderovic won the Alfa Romeo Shoot-Out Contest while Mattia Meneghini won the Red Bull Dunk Contest.
