The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) has announced a change of schedule for the much-anticipated final of the CAF U-17 GIFT tournament.
The All-Tanzania final between TDS Girls and JKT Queens which was initially scheduled for Saturday, 18 January at 18h00 Local Time will now take place at 19h00 Local Time at the Azam Complex in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
The rescheduling of the kick-off time was made to ensure that clubs have added preparation periods and sufficient time for fans to make their way to the stadium.
CAF invites and encourages members of the media to publicise the new kick-off times.
The CAF U-17 GIFT tournament continues on Friday, 17 January with the battle for third place between Group A runners-up Kenya Academy of Sports and Boni Consili Girls set for 18h00 Local Time.
Preceding the third place play-off will be a clash for fifth place between Kenya Elite Junior Academy and Aigle Noir on Friday at 15h00 (12h00 GMT).
