Police Ladies dispatched current champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies in a 2:1 encounter to book a place in the semis, while Supreme Ladies also defeated lower-tier side Nasara Ladies 4:1 via penalties to make the semi-final berth.
The 2023–24 edition of the Women FA Cup will produce new champions as current holders Ampem Darkoa Ladies exited the competition at the Quarter-finals.
