Thomas Tuchel after his two-and-half years spell with Paris Saint-Germain was the favorite to succeed Frank Lampard as Chelsea boss when rumors started flaring around hinting Frank’s dismissal.
Tuchel had just been sacked by Paris Saint-Germain after a 4-0 victory with the club but that was not enough to help the German maintain his job.
Signing with Chelsea, Thomas Tuchel becomes the first German manager to handle Chelsea and might be to his advantage as he had Timo Werner, Kai Haverts, Antonio Rudiger who are Germans and Christian Pulisic who has been under the ambiance of the German gaffer.
Tuchel assumed his post and had to start training as his first assignment is against Wolverhampton Wonderers in the English Premier league. With little time to train with the players, Tuchel would have to devise a strategy to ensure he gets the most out of his players to ensure successes as Roman Abramovich does not give room to mediocrity.
A new dawn for Chelsea and a new task for Thomas Tuchel, would it be another dismissal in the very near future or a success story to add to archives of the Pride of London?
